Your account
Account details must be accurate and in your own name. You are responsible for your password. The company may limit or close an account created with false details or used for abuse.
Forms and inquiries
Every request receives a tracking code. The company aims to reply within «……» working days. Form data is kept as described in the Privacy policy.
After-sales service
After-sales requests are submitted and followed in My account. Service is provided under each product’s warranty terms and the Consumer Rights Protection Act. Attachments must be genuine images of the product or invoice.
Product registration
Registering a product in your account only keeps a record for you. It does not activate the warranty or confirm that the product is genuine.
Warranty checks and mobile service
Warranty checks run on the website of each product group’s service provider. Sales and service for mobiles and tablets are handled by Lian Service. Those sites have their own terms.
Dealership, cooperation and job applications
Submitting a request creates no obligation to accept it. The result is given by phone or email.
Content you send
Form content and attachments must not be unlawful, offensive or someone else’s without permission. The company may remove such content.
Intellectual property
The company’s name and marks, the texts, images, catalogues and files on the site belong to the company or their owners. Commercial use, bulk copying or automated scraping requires written permission. Files in the download centre are published for use with the company’s products.
Liability
The company works to keep the information on the site accurate and current. A product’s final specifications are those in the documents supplied with it. The site may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

Official channels
The company’s only official website is this one, and official text messages come from «……». Messages or pages elsewhere that ask for your details or a payment in the company’s name are not from the company.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes are first raised through the Contact page; if they remain unresolved, the competent courts of Tehran have jurisdiction. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act are not affected.
