Payam Technology Middle East (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we receive when you use this website, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It follows the Iranian Electronic Commerce Act (1382/2004, articles 58 and 59) and the regulations on protecting users’ data online.

Who is responsible for your information

Scope

This policy covers this website and the My account area only. Warranty checks and service for mobiles and tablets take place on the service providers’ own websites, under their own privacy policies.

What we receive

  • Contact, sales and product inquiry forms: name, phone, email, company and job title (optional) and your message.
  • Job applications: name, phone, email, position, a short description and your CV.
  • Dealership and cooperation requests: name, company, province, city, address, phone, email, experience and any documents you upload.
  • Account and after-sales requests: name, mobile number, email, registered products (model, serial number, purchase date) and request attachments, including invoice images.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type in server logs, to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not ask for your national ID number, bank details or other sensitive data. Nothing is sold or paid for on this site.

How we use it

Information is used only for the purpose you sent it for: answering your message or inquiry, reviewing a job or dealership application, handling an after-sales request and sending your tracking code. We do not use it for advertising unless you join the newsletter yourself.

Your consent

By sending a form you agree to the use of that form’s information for that purpose. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Your rights).

SMS and email

Our text messages come only from «……» and our emails only from this website’s official domain. Service messages (tracking codes and request status) are part of handling your request. The newsletter is sent only if you subscribe, with an unsubscribe link in every email. Do not trust messages in our name from any other number or address.

Uploaded files

CVs, documents and attachments are kept outside the public part of the site and have no public address. Only the staff handling that request can open them; CVs are seen only by the managers responsible for hiring. Location data hidden in images is removed.

Who can access your information

We do not sell your information or give it to others, except:

  • companies that provide technical services to us (website hosting, SMS delivery), only as far as that service needs and under a confidentiality commitment;
  • a sales dealer or service centre, when your request is referred to them;
  • competent judicial and legal authorities, under a legal order.

How long we keep it

User information is kept for five years and then deleted. If you ask for deletion, it is removed from the live system and backup copies are kept only until legal deadlines end, then destroyed.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, staff access is limited by role and passwords are stored encrypted. No system is completely safe; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

Your rights

Under article 59 of the Electronic Commerce Act you may see your information, correct it and ask for it to be deleted. Send your request from the Contact page or to «……». We reply within «……» working days.

Children

This site is not meant for people under 18. If we learn that a minor’s information was registered without a guardian’s consent, we delete it.

Every change is published on this page with a new date. We also announce important changes in your account or by email.
